Having never ridden the GO TRAIN, I am trying to figure out how long it would take
from Hamilton to downtown, and approx how much. We have used the subways/busses
while in Toronto, so are familar with that, just not from as far out as Hamilton.
Thanks!

I think it's about an hour and fare should be about 10.00

Don't forget that there is express GO bus service from Hamilton to Toronto. The GO Bus terminal in Toronto is across Bay St. from Union Station. When it's not rush hour the bus will be faster. There are only four trains from Hamilton in morning rush and four back in the afternoon. At other times have to take a bus to/from Aldershot if you want to take the train.
