Getting to Montreal PE Trudeau Airport from Sherbrooke Quebec

What is the best, most efficient way to travel from Sherbrooke, Quebec to the Montreal PE Trudeau Airport? I'm wondering if there is a non-stop bus (shuttle service) or perhaps a train?
