Fundy Trail, St Martins and Hopewell

Could someone please provide me with the following information.

How long does it take to drive the Fundy Coastal Drive from St Johns to St Martins then from St Martins to Hopewell RocksÉ

If you had to choice between the Hopewell Rocks and The caves in St Martins which would you recommend.
