Fishing Canada. Opinions and Rec's much needed.

Hello everyone. I plan to travel to Canada for a fishing trip for approx 10 days during the months of June-Aug 2017 (depending on peak seasons). Currently live in USA. Plan to fly then rent a car. 5 passengers total: 2 in early 30's and 3 in early 60's. Everyone is in good health but one passenger will not be able to hike/walk long distances. Looking for inland, lake fishing. I do not have a particular location of Canada that I am insistent on visiting. I am up for any suggestion. I have no problem with fishing guide services. In search of great fishing opportunities, nice lodging, with or without guide service, and a wonderful outdoors experience. Price is not a factor.
