First Aid for cruise adventure

Jump to last reply

I love adventure cruising and been to a few of them with my friends. All the time it’s been a refreshing experience. This year we are planning a 12 day- 11 nights small ship cruising ( from D.C to Boston ) with the Blount Small Ship Adventures of Toronto ( blountsmallshipadventures.com/ ). I need some advice on the emergency first aid kit that I must carry. During the last cruise , I badly hurt my knees during a trek and to make it even worse, I did not have a first aid kit, though my fellow travelers offered help. I really don't want this happening again hopefully.
