dundee arms

Am abut to embark on a 4 week journey to the Maritimes. Am booked into the Dundee Arms in C"town. Here they have a gr8 restaurant-anyone ever stayed there or have comments.Any restaurant recommendations in general. I'm a chef so am very picky but have gotten lots of info from here and Chowhounds. Am also booked into Centennial Cottages near Brackley Beach.
Input anyone...
