Driving Trip to Eastern Canada

Am driving from Kingston to Nova Scotia next month and would like to know what gas stations are normally found near or on the transcanada. Reason for asking is so I can bring the right gas gift cards to save some money. IE: Canadian Tire/Esso etc. Thanks for any help on this.
