Days Inn overlooking the Falls-any comments?
I am researching hotels in the Niagara Falls area and I require a Falls View, but would like to stay under $200 a night if possible.
LOL! Anyway, Days Inn overlooking the falls boasts a spectacular view and I wondered if I should splurge instead and choose the Marriott or somewhere else. We are going July 5-7. Thanks!

THE ULTIMATE VIEW of the falls from a hotel room is staying at the Minolta Tower, rooms are pricy but you are 500 feet above the falls with a fireplace and a floor to ceiling window over looking the falls, it's on the Canadian side, go to the minolta tower web-site. I think it's Minolta tower.com or close to that. Rooms are cheaper during the week that fri sat sun, but it is an experience you won't forget.

Cindi,
Don't quite understand the "spectacular view" the Days Inn is offering, too far away. Assuming you are staying on the Canadian side, we just got back from there and stayed on the 22nd floor of the Sheraton on the Falls. Truly spectacular view of the falls, king bed, fireplace, balcony door and whirlpool tub for $179. Highly recommended (no pun intended)!
