Daylight hours in winter Vancouver

I'll be in the Vancouver area this coming winter, just wondering how many hours the sun is usually up for?

Sun? What's that? You may see the sun now and then, but more likely it will be grey and damp.

You can find details at www.weatherbase.com but I can say that by 5 PM, it's dark out.
