I am visting Canada in mid June to early July from England and hope to look up a very dear friend who lives in Grand Valley. We will be traveling from Niagara on the Lake to Bracebridge and hope to hook up with my friend at Orangeville en route I am thinking of taking a round trip on the Credit Valley Explorer railway to treat my friend to lunch on the train. This is likely to be 22-23 June (Sun or Mon.) Does anyone have an approximate idea of timetabtles, cost etc at this time of year. The website only has information to March and their email reply to this query says the timetables etc will only be posted in April. I am keen to book accommodation for the entire trip but need to understand if the time i have allowed for this side trip is sufficient. Any idea of times etc would be much more than I currently have and much appreciated!
