We are planning a 6 day trip to Canada(our first one) with a 15 mnth old in Sept-Oct time frame.
Any advise on which city would be best. I want to include a trip to Niagara , but very open to ideas.
Want to do some sight seeing, but at a slow relaxed pace with lots of downtime for the li'l one.
We like Asian cuisine, historic sites and walking on child/stroller friendly pavements.
Also any city where you can do without a rental car(perhaps we'd need one with the baby??).
Please share your experiences.

In niagra falls - dont miss the butterfly conservatory - even your 15 month old will be interested - i saw many toddlers enchanted by the profusion of butterflies. Toronto is best done using public transit in my opinion - just avoid rush hours (8-9:30) and (4-6). Most sites are easily accessible by transit.
I've ahd three 15 month-olds in Toronto, and one (samekid) more or less 15 months olds in Montreal.
Both cities are stoller-friendly, kid friendly places.
If you are in Toronto, make sure the kid gets to the Children's Own Museum, next door to the big and fancy Royal Ontario Museum. The Children's Own is a great place for toddlers.
Both the Chapters and the Indigo book store chains have great childrens departments, where toddlers can run around, and maybe you'll be lucky and hit story time. Or just pick a book and read to the kid yourself.

Hi,
I highly recommend taking the ferry over to Toronto Island. Go the Centerville. It's an amusement park, and has many great attractions for little ones.
