I am wondering if any of you have visited a small Newfoundland community called Brigus. There is a restaurant there by the name of The Country Corner that has been voted one of the 10 best places to visit in Atlantic Canada. Have you eaten there and why was it recommended?

Brigus is a charming town and the Country Corner is a great place for chowder, a sandwich and desserts. However, in no way is it one of the ten best restaurants in Atlantic Canada, or even Newfoundland and Labrador.
That said, you should visit and stop for lunch. You'll enjoy it.
yrrebeulb,
LOL - this is at least your 4th post on this forum pushing the Country Corner [ yes I counted....]. Kinda looks like a bit of a shill.....

From your past posts, as gannetmusic has pointed out, it seems that you are quite familiar with Brigus and the Country Corner, and must be well aware that it is not one of the ten best restaurants in the Atlantic provinces. And yes, I have eaten there and enjoyed it.
