Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper - To Do's

Considering this trip via Calgary Airport - Mini Van rental - 6 Seniors

Not everyone wants to or can hike so that is one big issue always with seniors

Is there enough to do for people who have some physical limitations (bad backs) and will need to do more driving than walking to see most sites.

Can we still get to see a lot of the beauty of the area in the car?

We all like good restaurants coming from big city backgrounds. How are the dining options?

How many days would you recommend for each of these three cities? Would you recommend staying a few days in Calgary, too?

Thanks for any advice you can provide.
