Welcome!
Early June is certainly not too early to visit Banff. Generally by that point, snow is melted in all but the highest trails - places you probably wouldn't be visiting anyway.
The Moraine Lake road opens in late May, so the only location that would still be inaccessible would be Takkakaw Falls. The road there usually doesn't open until at least mid to late June.
There's always the possibility of cool temperatures overnight or a spring snow, but it would likely melt off very quickly.
Note though that Banff National Park is about 2 hrs drive from Calgary. Banff (the townsite) is the main townsite in the park, with Lake Louise being the other.
