Your Waiheke Favorites

I will be visiting Waiheke Island in early December. In addition to walking some of the trails and soaking up the landscape, I hope to visit one or two vineyards and maybe an olive grove as well. What are some of your favorites that you would recommend? I'm looking for places that are unique, have special charm, good views, and maybe interesting architecture or surroundings. Thanks.
