Weather in the Cook Islands?

My passion for snorkelling came from the Cook Islands! We go there every year over January and have beautiful weather. We are planning on going in July of this year....any ideas what the weather and snorkelling will be like?

We always do our snorkelling trips with Captain Tamas. We know we could do the snorkelling ourselves...but their tour provides such a cool and fun experience. Aside from snorkelling, the boat drops you off at Motu Koromiri (a small island) and an authentic Polynesian lunch is served. A BBQ lunch of fresh fish, side salads and local fruits are served. While eating, the Tama boys put on an epic coconut show with island sounds from the N.S.A String Band.

When we go in July is the snorkelling the same? How about the wind and water temperature?

I had such difficulty finding info about good restaurants around this area, I thought that it would be useful to post something for fellow travellers of Rarotonga.

Send me a reply!
