In May and June 2012 my wife and I, along with her parents, her sister and brother-in-law and their two kids, did a trip to the NT. Some of the party had started the trip earlier with Uluru, but for us the trip included Darwin, Kakadu National Park and Litchfield National Park.
I finally finished off the blog entries and photos for this trip on TravelPod. If anyone is interested, you can check it out at the following link:

HI Dominic,
Just caught up with your travel report and photos. It revived memories of our July 2011 trip to Darwin, Litchfield (we stayed at the Butterfly Farm, too - very different type of accommodation), Pine Creek and Kakadu, too. We were in that area for a total of 15 days, which also included Katherine, Mataranka and Daly Waters. We too thought The Yellow Water cruise was just fab - we did the sunrise cruise- but we didn't do the Guluyambi cruise. Maybe next time. (There has to be a next time because I had flu and couldn't do half the things we had planned!) We also stayed at the Crocodile Inn - food was expensive but delicious.
Thank you for your posting.
