Has anyone stayed here? Any feedback?

What about Rowan Cottage in the same area?

Thanks much!

We stayed at the Blue Moon seven (!) years ago. Here are the comments I made at the time regarding our stay:

....The Blue Moon is a guest room attached to the home of owners Jane and Anna.....The guest room is completely private, with its own parking space and entrance. It’s very spacious with high ceilings. It’s beautifully decorated with a plank floor, paper lamp covers, and wood and shell accents. There are some nice extra touches like fresh flowers on the table and fresh milk in the fridge. It’s an ideal setting for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

The comfy king sized bed was covered with cotton and eyelet linens. The many large windows facing the garden offer lots of sunlight and warmth. The room felt very tranquil and I could have easily spent more time here.

There is a wood burning stove, but we never needed it for warmth. The kitchen area has a small fridge, microwave, sink and table. There’s also a living area.

Oh yeah, can’t forget the piece de resistance, the bathroom, complete with sunken tub, private fern garden, bathrobes, bath salts and candles.

The room also has a sleep out, which is a small detached shed next to the room. The sleep out contains a double bed and a space heater. It’s small, but nicely decorated.....

I'm not familiar with Rowan Cottage.
