Tara, here are a few suggestions. Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk; walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge, Walk up on top of Bridge(expensive but amazing), a walk around or a show at the Opera House, with a drink at the Opera Bar, with a glorious view), Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Manly Ferry Ride Circular to Manly, Bondi Beach, Ferry to Watsons Bay with fish and chips there. These are just a few if you only have a few days. If you have longer, add in a trip to the Blue Mountains, a visit to one of the National Parks, or the Hunter Valley. Hope this gives you a start.
