Hello,

I am Tara Elizabeth Buchanan. I am going to Sydney for vacations. What are the best places to visit in Sydney?

Thanks

Use the destinations tab above. Or buy a guidebook. Maybe even a Fodors guidebook.

Sorry - that should be www.sydney.com

We know nothing of your interests, timing or duration of trip, mobility, budget, or anything they would allow us to suggest anything other than the readily available information sources mentioned above.

These fora are interactive - with volunteers at this end. You're dealing with people who like to travel & to help fellow travellers - not a search engine lim "Google".

That said, Google is a pretty good resource too.

Tara, here are a few suggestions. Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk; walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge, Walk up on top of Bridge(expensive but amazing), a walk around or a show at the Opera House, with a drink at the Opera Bar, with a glorious view), Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Manly Ferry Ride Circular to Manly, Bondi Beach, Ferry to Watsons Bay with fish and chips there. These are just a few if you only have a few days. If you have longer, add in a trip to the Blue Mountains, a visit to one of the National Parks, or the Hunter Valley. Hope this gives you a start.
