Suggestions for romantic Anniversary dinner in Bora Bora

Jump to last reply

My husband and I are travelling to French Polynesia for our 25th Anniversary next month. After all the excellent advice we received from this forum for my last post (in June of 2009 when we were planning the trip), we have arranged to spend 6 nights in Bora Bora and 3 nights in Moorea (both at the Hilton resorts, since our timeshare points let us get premium over-water bungalows for only around $350/night upgrade charge). We figured we could visit Tehaa while on Bora Bora, and perhaps visit Tahiti for a day while on Moorea. We're very excited!

Now, I just need to figure out where to have our 25th Anniversary dinner on August 10. I was thinking of one of those private motu dinners that I've seen pictures of but had no idea which ones would be the best for such a special occasion, or how to go about booking it. Any suggestions for this or any other romantic dinner ideas for Bora Bora would be much appreciated! By the way, the VIlla Mahana was booked on Aug. 10, so that won't work, though we were able to get a reservation to dine there on Aug. 12.

Thanks very much!!

- Lori
