Saipan- Ocean View Hotel

Hello again...

A web page I came accross recommended the Ocean View Hotel on Beach Road in Garapan.
What does anyone think/know about this hotel? Is it a safe place? We don't need anything real nice since we will only be in Saipan for one night- just a place to sleep for the night.
