Never use Webjet extremely poor customer service

I tried to book car rental through the web jet website and what they did was pass it on to another 3rd party company to search for car rentals and when this 3rd party company couldn't find the car I wanted they decided to automatically book another car with another car rental company and charge my credit card immediately without my consent. When they notified me what they did I immediately cancelled the car booking because it was not what I wanted. The 3rd party company refunded the money but because they charged in Euro's I got slogged a currency conversion fee. When I contacted web jet about this they said because they outsourced the car rental to the 3rd party company they are not responsible and told me to chase up the 3rd party company or the bank for my losses.

What a bunch useless irresponsible people when something goes wrong they just pass the buck. I used web jet website because I trust I would be looked after but looks like they just outsource collect the commission and then don't care about you any more.
