Call the real estate company you rented the house through. I'd be amazed if they don't have a "tame" cleaning company that they "recommend". As long as it's a reasonable price, far easier to use whoever they "suggest" rather than getting into subsequent discussions as to whether your chosen cleaner did an adequate job.
We just went through the whole rental house cleaning nightmare a few months back.
We did the cleaning ourselves, then hired the painter, carpet cleaner, and window cleaner from a list the leasing agent provided, as they required some things to be done professionally.
Be prepared to pay through the nose (in Perth anyway). Major pain in the butt too.
