We found Auckland Adventure tours on the web and they put together a great sounding proposal for the 6 days. IS there a NZ better business bureau or any tourism agency we can check and see what their reviews might be like?

You could try these websites and email them. They are the official websites for the NZ tourism board.

They look fairly new to me and leaning more towards younger groups which would be into adventurous activities such as rafting, jet boating, bungy etc. Depends if you want to be that active or are looking more for a group coach tour of mainly sightseeing. You also need to check out the accommodation they are offering, does it suit you?
