How long to say in Fiji?
I will be traveling to Fiji at the end of October after being in Australia and New Zealand for 2.5 months. I'm planning on doing a tour of the Yasawas, but I'm not sure how long to go for. There is either a 7 or 12 day tour I'm looking at. Is 7 enough time (given that I have been traveling to a lot of beaches before) or will I be wishing for 12? I would appreciate any help/thoughts/tips. Thanks!

I just booked and paid for 12 nights. I am Australian and am looking forward to just relaxing by the pool.
To me, I would spend 7 days in Fiji and the rest in Australia or NZ. I've been to Fiji once before many moons ago and the activities and things to see were all very similar day in day out (others may disagree) In Australia & NZ there is so much more variety.
You're so lucky going on a big holiday. Have fun!!!!

If you must support countries run by dictators then get out of the tourist areas and see the people in the remoter regions. You'll probably be scared a few times but really be very safe and have an adventure which you'll keep to your self as most people will not be able to relate to it.
