Just read that Hawaiian Airlines will start up direct flights to New Zealand beginning in March 2013. Handy for those wanting to stop over in the the islands.

Just saw this and searched for a post on it... Currently, flights from Seattle to Auckland are $1200 for March-April. Also if you are a Hawaiian Air member, you will get a $200 certificate for each ticket, making the total $1000. I need to talk to DH when he gets home tonight.......
The odd thing is that it's more $$ as it gets into shoulder and low-season.
