What is the best route from Hobart to Strahan?

What is the best route from Strahan to Cradle Mountain? Anything special to see along the way?

What is the best route from Cradle Mtn Lodge to Launceston airport? Do we have time for Cataract Gorge prior to a 1pm flight departure?

What’s the best combination of Sydney sites (opera house, botanic gardens, Taronga zoo, bridge pylon lookout, The Rocks and Darling Harbor) for three days of exploring? Anything critical missing from this collection?
