More variable some cities a bit dodgy but lots of nice spots
LikuLiku resort my fav if budget is good.
Some of the best diving I've ever done was in the Somosomo Straight, between Taveuni and Vanua Levu. There are some nice resorts on Viti Levu, Vanua Levu and Taveuni.
