Farmstay in NZ
We are looking for a farmstay somewhere not too far from Invercargill. We will have spent the day driving slowly from Dunedin, making lots of stops, and figure we will end up around Invercargill.
Also, we are drivingfrom Queenstown to Christchurch via Mt Cook, and are hoping for a farmstay somehwere in there for the night.
I searched for farmstays, but couldn't find a lot of info.
Thanks in advance for the help!

When we visited NZ we also stayed on sheep stations, B&Bs, and even in a former construction camp.
We used "Bed & Breakfast in New Zealand," a book that lists all sorts of places. It's updated frequently, we were told. It was always reliable, accurate, and helpful.
Because our journey pre-dated the internet, you might prefer to use your Google browser to find good data about accommodations.

Here's another site that might help - it lists both homestays and farmstays.
Good luck.
