My husband and I are taking a trip to French Polynesia in October. We are staying at the Sofitel Ia Ora in Moorea for 3 nights, the Hotel Bora Bora for 4 nights and the Beachcomber in Tahiti for 2 nights. Since we have a limited amount of time on each island, I am concerned about the tour availability once we get there. Should we book our tours in advance or wait until we get to the hotels? Also, any advice on what tours to take would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You should have no trouble booking at the hotel. We were at the Sofitel on Moorea last Oct and had a great time. Hope you do as well.
Meko's swimming with the sharks was a great trip. It's booked right out of the Sofitel.
