Coral Bay

I plan to stay one week at the Coral Bay in Western Australia (mid november 99). Has anybody visited the aera since cyclone <Vance> went through past march? What damages are there at Exmouth, the Beaches, the Reef? Was Ningaloo Reef Resort touched?
