Can anyone recommend a mobile data provider for iPad in eastern Australia

Jump to last reply

I will be visiting Australia in September (Tasmania to Cairns) and using my iPad to find hotels, b&b's, skypeing and as a GPS. WiFi will work most of the time, but in other travels (Europe mostly) I find a local cellular provider and a data plan is a good backup. I would only need 1 gigabyte of data (no voice) over three weeks. Coverage is more important than speed. Usually the deal includes a microsim and 30 days of coverage. A real plus would be a store inside the Sydney airport terminal. Thanks in advance.
