We are planning our trip to Sydney and are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel charges about $50 for the Bed and Breakfast package for two. If we decide to just book the room without the breakfast, are there fast food places near the hotel where we could get breakfast (coffee, juice, and sweet roll or bagel).

There are plenty. You could even wander down to the wharf, pick up a feed and eat it on the ferry to ... (take your pick)
Your hotel is on the edge of the CBD. There are zillions of excellent coffee shops and cafes where you can have coffee and/or breakfast. Just walk across the street and up George Street or across Circular Quay.
And thankfully, a dearth of fast food chains. Although, I think there is a McDonalds somewhere down near the Quay.
Any places in particular you could suggest?
