Am I doing too much!

I am going to Australia on December 9th, first time (bucket list) and trying to fit a lot in. I had started to finalize it when a friend said I must add Uluru. Please tell me if this is too much:

Land in Cairns Dec. 11th
12th - Kuranda or Cairns
13th - Dive boat
14th - Cape Tribulation and River Cruise
15th -- Fly to Port LIncoln
16th - Shark Cage Dive
17th - Fly to Kangaroo Island for day and nght touring
18th - Was going to fly directly to Sidney, but now thinkig of flyiing to Uluru for tour and Sunset Dinner
19th -Sunrise morning tour and then fly to Sydney
20th - 23rd in Sydney.

Should i add Uluru or am I doing too much? This would make 4 nights in Sydney instead of 5, but extra flying.
