My husband and I have booked a vacation to the Cook Islands in Feb/08 and I am getting conflicting advice on what vaccinations are truly needed besides HepA&B. Any help would be appreciated!!!

You really need professional advice from a medical practitioner who specialises in travel medicine. He/she should be able to provide proper medical advice for you depending on your own individual needs/medical history etc. There are also specific guidelines as to when you should get the vaccinations to ensure that you are well covered for the time you will be visiting Cook Is - so seek proper advice asap so this can be planned.
