5 Australian restaurants make top 100

Three Sydney restaurants and two in Melbourne are included in top 100 restaurants worldwide, predictably Tetsuya's and Vue du Monde, plus others. To even out the Sydney/Melbourne rivalry, there's a further Melbourne restaurant that will be added next year, bringing the score to 3 all.
