Which Hotel in Chang Mai

After staying 4 nights at Royal Bella Vista 20 mins out of Chang Mai where it sounds quiet and peaceful, we would like 3 nights near the night markets, shopping and eateries in Chang Mai. Can anyone please suggest a 3-4 star hotel, we are mid 50's.

Chiang Mai Plaza is good right by the night market and reasonably priced. Yaang Come Village gets some good reviews but is more than double the price.

I agree with Scotters. We stayed at Chiang Mai Plaza last year and were happy with it and its proximity to the night markets. The other two places mentioned get good reports but I have not stayed at either.

Suriwongse hotel is good choice. It is located in Night Bazaar area. It is 3 star hotel, You can check it out here : http://www.hotelsguru.com/showhotel-9278.html

For staying at this hotel, you can enjoy food at Anusarn Night Food Market, a lot of variety of Thai Foods.
