Where to go for 3 days in SEA after business meeting in Singapore?
I want to either go to a cultural place or a total relaxing resort in a new place.
I don’t want to go to Thailand or Malaysia. Indonesia is a great possibility but I don't want to go to Bali.
Suggestions?

Central Java has incredible cultural riches, ancient ruins, dance preserved for 2000 years, plus thing like active volcanoes. With just three days, you won't be able to do it all on Java, but you get a taste of a less-visited island in Indonesia.
With three days you could cover the major temples of Angkor. There are non-stop flights from Singapore to Siem Reap< Cambodia.

I love both suggestions of Siem Reap and somewhere on Java.
Three days savoring Luang Prabang, Laos, also appeals as long as not during the peak of burning season. (I don't see a reference to when your trip would be.)
I hope that you can identify some place that both suits your interests and also streamlines your overall travel time.

Warm Sunday greetings from our lovely home of Singapore to the OP, betuca - and warm welcome to Fodor's. Hope you enjoy your time in our city-state; special place.
In addition to the fine suggestions already offered, will give a relaxation option: The Sanchaya, Bintan. Until the Sanchaya opened, was always a bit underwhelmed by Bintan; now we enjoy visiting for long weekends a few times a year. (Should add we are friends with various Sanchaya owners, management and staff; makes for wonderfully personal stays.) Would be happy to suggest specific suites and villas.
Wherever you travel, have fun. Best from Singapore,
robert
