where to get dim sum in Bangkok?

Is there a good place for inexpensive dim sum in Bangkok? Maybe in one of the shopping center restaurants? I Love dim sum and can only get it in 1 Chinese restaurant here in KC, and they only serve it on weekends at lunch time. I try to eat it while traveling in Asia as it's always tastier, with more variety, and of course so much cheaper.

The Chinese restaurant in the Conrad Hotel has superb Dim Sum. It's not cheap, but worth every Baht.

the penn has very good dim sum in their ground floor chinese rest.....its very different and tasty....they have very few to choose from but well worth the trip....it's my wife's fav

susiesan,

Nice to know that you will be coming back to Thailand especially after all of your negative posts on protests and scams.

If there is such a thing as karma there will probably be more protests while you're here and don't drop anything that you don't intend to buy as you will most likely be made to pay for them.

Dim sum - all the above recommendations are good but expensive when compared to non hotel restaurants. Here's a place that often have a good variety of dim sum and what I consider as a mid price level restaurant: http://www.coca.com/menu.php

Don't forget that if you drop the dim sum you will be made to pay for it and that's not a scam!
