When to go to India - June, July, or August?

Jump to last reply

It's me Jaya, so be kind, but honest!

My worklife has won again and the options of going to India are back to being June, July, or August.
I have never been to India in the summer (for good reason) and I don't know if I should even try. I would be staying at family homes for the most part (limited access to A/C) and hotels when I travel around.

IF I go, is one month better than the other or are they all three equally miserable?

P.S. my home base area is U.P. state - Delhi/Lucknow area, but with more time to stay I can travel to other areas of India depending on the rains. Thanks. :)
