Hi everyone! Can't believe I'm still not done with booking this trip 
but ended up losing faith in the agency we were working with. I moved on to Vietnamstay and I have had a really positive experience rebooking our flights and hotels . . . they have been very cooperative, friendly and patient (particularly since our trip is less than one month away). We are now thinking about using them to book guides, drivers and potentially even day tours in Angkor Wat. I don't recall anyone here using them for anything but basic reservations . . . Can anyone comment on this? We are traveling for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years.

Glad to hear your positive experience. Please report back once you finish your trip. That would be great. I'm not leaving until Feb, so will keep my eyes on your posts!
