trip to asia

i am traveling to asia from march 1st through the 17th.
i plan to cover singapore, malaysia and thailand, in that order before heading back to california
suggestions on places to live and things to do while there will be great
(i am gonna be traveling with family)

I see that this is your first post on Fodors. Welcome!!

We will be able to help you out a lot better if you provide us with some info.

I am going to bring to the top a thread that I posted regarding getting better answers to your travel questions. Take a look at that and then post back with a bit more specifics so we can assist you.

You are going to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time so you should research via guide books and websites to narrow down your locations.

In the thread I am referring to you will see a list of websited and books that I recommend for SE Asia research. Look for this thread towards the top of the Asia forum.
