Trekking in Tsum Valley Nepal with Great Vision Treks&Expedition

Dear All,

Please, check my review on Tripadvisor for Great Vision Trek&Expedition, the company we took for the trekking (unfortunately, you are not allowed to trek in Tsum Valley without a guide).
Today I got the GM reply to my review full of lies and lame excuses (on Tripadvisor).
I want everybody to know this company did nothing for us in the situation.
They never contacted us (only when tried to sell a government hellicopter) and the Embassy and the Nepalese Army.
Only our friends managed to find our location. All the negotiations with the Russian Embassy, Nepalese Government were held by our friends, families and us. Never by this tourist company.

BestSquirrel,

I have no idea whether your complaint is fair or not, but you have not posted the reply that you got on TA from the tour operator which, in the interests of balance, I post below:

<<Dear Natalia, I analogize the incident occurred. I would like to thank you that you choose Great Vision for your trip to Nepal.
Great Vision is here to serve our guests and we never do such types of work which makes our guest disappointed.
You know we never thought of this Disaster here in Nepal. On that day, you were in Manaslu, Chumling with our Guide Dharma, the quake hit Nepal all the communications were not responding. Electricity, Mobile Network, Telephone was down. We tried to establish communication with our guests but couldn't. Though, the quake destroyed our houses killing some of our staffs family members, we tried to help you.
Some of the Private heli companies here operate Heli service to rescue which charges more than 6000 USD but at that time, we talked with the Heli Service Provider to Rescue you. Since all the Choppers were used by the Government, he was unable to provide us and too we tried to contact Nepalese Army Officials for your rescue. Govt has fixed the Schedule so We couldn't provide you rescue at the due to.
Prakash didn't switch off his phone, neither he does. Mobile Network was not responding properly for 3 days. After the earthquake we closed our office for 4 days since it was very unsafe to stay inside. Though we were not in office we tried to help our guests.
Intentionally we never try to disappointed you but the earthquake created all the problems. We are sorry but you know we were too helpless.
And about our Guide Dharma, I don't know why you are feeling so. At that time everybody were concerned for their Family members safety and so Dharma was.>>

Given the unprecedented disaster that Nepal faced and the appalling aftermath it still faces, perhaps you should be more grateful that you got out alive and that you have homes to return to, unlike so many of the locals.

Dear Annhig,

My review is 200% honest. Unforunately, you have not noticed, that I gave a link to the Tripadvisor discussion. Please, find some time and check. The reply to my review is full of lies.
Besides, Santosh is not the GM of the Company.

As for the disaster, I'd like you to know that I love Nepal and its people with all my heart. We are grateful to our Gods and angels that we are back. But here is my review regarding the complete unprofessionalism of the company. If you know anything of this business you should understand and not speculate on the tradegy.

well, Squirrel,

people can read both versions of what happened and judge for themselves.

If the review is 200% honest, I'm really concerned about the veracity of your report.

Dear Annhig, Dear Kathie, it's your right to think what you want on this point I shared my absolutely true experience here. My piece of advice: be very careful while choosing a travel agency in Nepal when you go high in the mountains. Good luck!
