Travel from Narita to Train station with small children

Jump to last reply

My son is getting married in Fukuoka Japan in late December. My daughter and her two little boys (2 and 4 years old) and I will be attending the wedding. We travel to Europe a fair amount and the oldest has been to Paris and Canada so we are not too worried about the actual long distance flight, but more about ground transportation.
We have several options of flights, but would prefer a non stop from LAX which would be mostly Narita. We would love to see some of the country even if it is out of a train window, but with two little ones, I am concerned a little about logistics.
If we land in Tokyo (most likely Narita) how difficult is it to get to the train? We will have a total of 2 medium sized suitcases, and hopefully just one carryon, but probably two crabby little guys. Is there a personal shuttle service we could use that could meet us at the airport and get us to the right train, and assist with the luggage?
