Transfer question for Phuket ferry

Hello,
I am trying to use my United miles for my Thai Air flights but not all available flights are coming up using miles.
The 8:35 am from BKK arriving in Phuket at 10:00 would give me plenty of time to make the 13:30 ferry but I can't seem to get it with miles. My next option would be taking a 10:00 am arriving into Phuket at 11:20. I know that it takes 1 hour to get to the ferry station which barring any significant delays at airport should be ok???
We are staying at the Holiday Inn and they are telling me it is NOT enough time...can anyone offer some thoughts??

Thank you!!!!

how do you plan to get from one place to another?? taxi??

how bad would it be if you missed it? stay overnight and go the next day??

It takes 45 minutes from airport to pier, so it's a little bit tight but you should just make the 13.30 ferry.

However, as a fail-safe, there is also a 14.30 ferry, although this one does not go all the way round to Laem Tong, but that's not a terrible issue. You would just have to take a long tail for the final part round from Tonsai Bay to Holiday Inn.

Bob, as I understand it, she is trying to use miles all the way from the US to Phuket, which you can do with United miles. But I agree, it's tight, why not just buy the ticket from Bangkok to Phuket?

Hello!
Thank you for the feedback! I forgot about the 14:30...that is what I took last time from Krabi and the long tail to Holiday Inn was no problem. I think that answers my question.

The flights to Phuket are not expensive but when I looked at trying to go from Phuket to Saigon on Thai Air (so that my luggage is checked through) the price was coming in at +$700 on their website. It doesn't cost me any more miles if I add on the flight from BKK so I thought I would just save the money.
Knowing that I have the 14:30 as a back up option eases my mind.
Thank you again....per usual the advice I receive on this site greatly assists in all of my travel plans!!!! I promise to post a detailed trip report!
