I'm interested in taking a tour to Nepal and Tibet this fall. Not looking for trekking, less than 2-3 miles per day walking. From my research so far this organization http://www.nepaltoursdestination.com/ seems to have the best selection. However I haven't been able to find any reviews for them. Anybody have experience with them, or for that matter any other tour operator you could recommend?

Sorry, I've never heard of that company.
Do you want a tour? Nepal is very easy to do on your own. And if you want to go into Tibet from Nepal there are dozens of local agencies in Kathmandu who can arrange for a small group to go into Tibet. As I remember, they need to have 4-6 people to do the overland into Tibet.
I've done countries on my on, but in this case I'd rather take the easy approach.

Greetings tango and warm welcome to Fodor's. Hope your planned Nepalese / Tibetan adventures come to fruition; I truly cherished my climbs and times in those regions back in the 1980s and 90s; such wonderful people and cultures.
I can highly and personally vouch for a Kathmandu agency, Wilderness Experience. (website : wildexp.net ). Mind you, my usage of said company, the complete antithesis of your stated 2-3 mile walks : our (climbing friends) relationship with Wilderness entailed privately organized technical climbs on various 7000 and 8000 metre peaks in Nepal and Tibet during those 80s and 90s. At the time, a wonderful Wilderness director named Mr. Deepak was instrumental in coordinating all, from Kathmandu to Tibet, to various base camps and well above and beyond. Fine gentleman.
Your proposed itinerary is nothing like what we undertook on more than a few joyous occasions, but you have nothing to lose by contacting Wilderness. And, hope your walks transpire. It's been years since my last long, high mountaineering expedition (family and work commitments), but I always think about those days. Have stayed in touch with some of our high altitude climbing Sherpas; phenomenal guys and family men.
You've gotten me nostalgic, so will add a cherished pre and post mountaineering property, the Hotel Yak and Yeti in Kathmandu. Have no idea what she's like today (it's been ~ 12+ years), but oh what a place to unwind after a long expedition. Tranquil lawn area, savouring afternoon tea -- and wondrous evening masseuses. Sweet dreams.
And, can't resist giving the appreciation to Thai Airways business class service between Bangkok and Kathmandu in the 80s and 90s. (Almost all of our Nepal/Tibet climbs in those days entailed/required a few nights in BKK.) Don't have recent TG C class experiences, BKK-KTM, but will say those those early Bangkok days and nights kicked off a life-long love affair with that blessed city and country. Most thankful to have brief, monthly business trips from our home in Singapore to BKK. (Most recent, last Thursday and Friday; perhaps more on that particular and rather interesting BKK business trip at a later time.)
Wherever you go, have fun. Warm wishes to all from another splendid Singapore morning.
