We are looking for tour guides for several cities we will be visiting while on a cruise this November.The stops are in Pusan,Nagasaki,Shanghai,Hong Kong, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City,Singapore,and Bangkok.If anyone knows of either Tour Companies or tour guides it would be greatly appreciated. Or maybe we would not need one in some of these cities.

If you do not speak the local lang, you definitely need one in Shanghai.
For HK. Try www.grayline.com.hk, I have not used them but since i live in HK, they have quite a reliable reputation.
Singapore is pretty small and everyone understands english(almost). I doubt if you need a tour guide.

I would say that you would not need a guide (due to language barriers or time constrains) in Shanghai, HK or Singapore, as they are very accesible cities with a lot of people that speak English. In Bangkok it can get a little bit crazy, so if you have only a couple of days, maybe you could use a guide to maximize your stay, although I have gone solo there with no problems.
