Tokyo hotel - Park Hyatt, Tokyo Andaz or both?

Jump to last reply

We have amassed 5 free nights at a Hyatt property and want to use them in Tokyo. We'll be there for a total of 6 nights (I'll probably transfer points to get the 6th night free too). As it stands now, we have 2 nights booked at the Park Hyatt and 3 nights booked at the Andaz Tokyo.

I know the Park Hyatt is probably a better location, but I like the idea of a small, boutique hotel. Does anyone out there have experience with both? I'm trying to decide if we should stay at one place (and which one?) the whole time, or split the time between the two to enjoy two different neighborhoods. We'll be there in October - during Sports Day - if that makes a difference.

Any insight is greatly appreciated! TIA.
