I was looking at the requirements for a visa into Thailand and it said that there are no vaccination required except a Yellow Fever Certificate if you have been to the following African Countries. We went to Africa last year on vacation and I did not get a YF shot then, so I really don't want to get one to go someplace that does not even have YF, just because I was briefly in Kenya and Tanzania. Do you think they really check this? There is a Kenya Visa in my passport. Or do you think since you we are from the US that they will not even think about it.
Thanks, Heather

I know, I spelled Thailand wrong. Once I realized it, I could not figure out how to correct it.
I'm a Thai and I've been to Africa several times and no one has ever ask, upon reentering Thailand, to see the yellow fever certificate. I've had the shot and I do carry the inoculation booklet with me but no one bother to check it any where I've been.

Thank you. I didn' want to try to break it to the kids that they were going to have to get another shot.
