The water level of Lake Pichola (Udaipur) in May
We are ending our Rajasthan tour in Udaipur in the first week of May and wondering if there will be any water left of Lake Pichola. As we are looking to book our hotel accommodation (Taj Lake Palace) soon so response from anyone who has been to Udaipur during that time of the year or knows the area well will be very much appreciated.
Does it worth the money to stay at Taj Lake Palace even if the lake dried up?

Hi friends,
Current. Water level in lake Pichola is 8 feet . The maximum capacity of lake is 11 feet. This is enough level for at least one year.
Still we are expecting rain and by the end of Sept 2012 lake must be full.
